AtlasIED Announces Atmosphere Cloud

Monitor and manage Atmosphere systems from anywhere in the world.

12 June 2024

AtlasIED has announced the launch of Atmosphere Cloud, an addition to its  Atmosphere™ audio processing and control platform. The company will showcase Atmosphere Cloud at InfoComm 2024 in Las Vegas, Nevada, from June 12 to 14.

AtlasIED’s Atmosphere platform is a state-of-the-art audio control system designed to enhance communication and improve the ambiance in public spaces. Simple to deploy and use but powerful in capabilities, Atmosphere combines digital audio processors, amplifiers, graphical user interfaces, programming software, and controls to set a new operational and performance standard for digital audio systems. The addition of Atmosphere Cloud expands upon the established flexibility offered by the platform, allowing integrators and end users to monitor and manage installations remotely.

Atmosphere Cloud offers a wide array of capabilities, including:

  • Support for multiple user accounts
  • Granular access controls
  • A device dashboard to monitor device health
  • Incident monitoring, alerts, and notifications
  • The ability to perform specific device actions such as rebooting, applying firmware updates, and more
  • Direct access to local configuration GUI (tunneling)
  • A geographic map of installations

“We aim to offer ultimate simplicity to integrators and end users,” said Tom Lureman, Director of Engineering and Product Management at AtlasIED. “Some of the key differentiators of the Atmosphere system are its ease of programming and the user-friendliness of the interface itself. Atmosphere Cloud builds on these, allowing our customers to monitor and manage their installations from wherever they are, saving valuable time and resources.”

Atmosphere Cloud allows users to configure sources, create zones, program wall controllers, schedules, messages, and user accounts, and customize every detail needed for each specific installation’s sound system.

“The Atmosphere platform is a manifestation of AtlasIED’s mission to make our customer’s lives easier,” said John Ivey, CEO & President of AtlasIED. “Atmosphere Cloud is a clear advancement of this mission. We listened to industry feedback and reimagined the Atmosphere experience, and we’re looking forward to seeing how our customers’ work transforms as a result.”

AtlasIED is showcasing Atmosphere Cloud at InfoComm 2024 at Booth C8634 in the Central Hall.
