1 May 2023

The Electric Canvas is an Australian company, recognised internationally as a leader in architectural and large-scale projection. Founded in 1997, we have had the privilege of delivering hundreds of world-class projects throughout our 25-year history ranging from major international arts festivals, to significant public events such as Vivid Sydney, Rising Melbourne, Illuminate Adelaide and Enlighten Canberra, to exceptional large scale stadium shows for Olympic and Commonwealth Games Ceremonies and the like.

The company is a complete solution provider, bringing together a unique combination of creative and technical disciplines to produce transformative site-specific experiences. We offer our clients creative concept development, technical design, content production, equipment and infrastructure provision and on-site delivery – all from under the same roof.

The Electric Canvas owns and provides its own projection infrastructure, such as Layher All-Round scaffold systems and advanced weatherproofing solutions, to mount and protect our projection equipment on site. We also provide temporary power distribution systems to energise our installations. We have an opportunity to engage a suitable candidate as part of our technical team to manage the preparation and handling of our projection infrastructure both in our warehouse and on our event sites. This role would suit an individual who is keen to pivot their existing experience and skills into the world of projection mapping and large-scale events.
