The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity to work for a recognised brand in AV systems integration, pursuing opportunities in the corporate, education, healthcare and government sectors. This is a client facing role where you will build relationships with end-user organisations, builders, and architects to become their trusted subject matter expert in all things audio visual. You will be advising them on workplace technologies, presentation solutions, modern learning spaces, video conferencing and digital signage.

You will demonstrate your technical knowledge and commercial understanding by answering tenders, producing high level designs, and liaising with technology consultants to create winning proposals and estimates, with support from the estimating and engineering design team. As a nationally established name in the Audio Visual Systems Integration market there are great opportunities for earning commission in the short term and to enjoy career progression in the medium term. In this role there is a focus on winning sales from both new and existing clients in end-user organisations, where there are multiple decision makers and tender responses and formal written proposals and presentations are expected. 

Skills Required
A strong understanding of integrated AV systems is essential to succeed in this role. Experience winning sales involving a wide range of AV technologies in commercial environments would be an advantage. A background in hands-on AV installation work would also be beneficial.

A proven and verifiable track record in a sales to achieve sales targets would be ideal. Strong abilities and a record of success in high-level system designs, writing proposals and/or tender responses for commercial audio visual integration projects would be highly regarded. The successful candidate will be a hunter-type business development manager with the technical ability to specify solutions and the customer focus to retain clients in the long term.

$60 – 80K + Super + Commission
$150K+ On Target Earnings
