As the company further expands, we have a full-time position available for an Audiovisual operations and support technician. This position is primarily a support role for the Operations and Support Manager and will play an integral role in building our support offering.

Reporting to the Operations and Support Manager you will be ensuring that we deliver quality technical support to all customers and strong after sales support to our existing clients. Further to this you will play an important role in assisting the Program Manager and Systems Engineer deliver projects in a workshop preparation and on-site installation and commissioning capacity.

This position requires a technical mindset and an ability to fault-find and problem solve, you must be motivated, have an excellent work ethic and initiative, along with excellent communications skills and attention to detail.

Whilst no formal qualifications are required for this role, experience in a similar role will be highly regarded and a basic knowledge in electronic systems, IT networks, Programming, commercial or home audio visual systems will be beneficial. Experience working on commercial construction sites whilst liaising with other trades is also an advantage.
