Equans AV Technologies are looking for an AV Service & Resident Technician to provide on-site and remote support, preventative maintenance and remedial maintenance to the Bendigo Hospital site. Build on existing long-term relationships with clients in the local Bendigo area through the provision of customer service support, usage assistance, repairs, problem solving and preventative maintenance.

Reporting to the National Service Manager, you will be part of the broader successful and friendly Equans AV team.
- You will provide basic technical assistance to users on the use of all supplied audio-visual and video-conferencing equipment
- You will also be responsible for actioning AV/VC incident and requests submitted via service desk tool and adhere to agreed SLAs
- At times you will need to assist in providing quotations where the supplier warranty/maintenance has expired, and repairs are required
- We will support you to proactively manage your time to allow for your technical training to be completed and ensure that all of your certifications are maintained
About You:
- You have AV industry experience
- Technical knowledge of AV systems and construction methodologies
- You are an experienced AV Technician who is looking for a stable career in your local Bendigo area
- You’ve had a minimum of three (3) COVID-19 vaccinations to work in a healthcare setting
Skills & Experience:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- You hold a construction induction card
- You have a current and valid Australian issued driver’s license
