E-PAPER ROOM SIGNS

Shipping this quarter, new electronic paper signs (EPS) from Visix offer a paperless, wireless signage solution for workspace hoteling or meeting rooms that only need to display room names and schedules.

The economical 18cm (7inch) EPSs can be attached to a desk, cubicle or outside a meeting room, and are set to show information from:

Microsoft Exchange and Exchange 365
EMS by Dean Evans & Associates
Google Calendars

The signs are updated wirelessly via RF communication without data network or power installation requirements, and are powered by a self-contained battery that activates only when information changes, allowing for a battery life of three years or 10,000 updates. They can be enclosed in a faceplate available in an assortment of finishes that can be customised to customer designs.
