Harry Sets Production Bar “Hire”

Sydney Showground is now home to Olympic Park’s first interchangeable studio space thanks to Harry the Hirer Production’s new media space.

The studio, which has been relocated from Harry the Hirer production’s warehouse, is a fully equipped, specialist broadcast space with 2mm Black LED technology as the anchor piece. Connected via a GigaBit pipeline, the creative and skilled technical team of Harry the Hirer Productions can broadcast events publicly to reach as many clients as possible or target specific groups.

Adding yet another unique feature to the venue, the studio will amplify events and Productions such as webinars, product launches, sporting events, music and social broadcasting with options such as prerecord, Live or On-Demand and, pre and post-production services available.

Sydney Showground Head of Sales, Andrew Roberts says the studio is a fantastic new feature for clients.

“We have a great partnership with Harry the Hirer Productions, and to be the new home of one of the team’s thriving production studios is a great honour. I look forward to seeing the studio support and take Sydney Showground events to the next level,” Andrew Roberts said.

“The team is excited to expand our existing partnership with the RAS, and continue working hand-in-glove by adding a Studio space that delivers the highest quality in virtual and hybrid events, which will no doubt be a welcome addition to the Sydney Showground multipurpose event space,” Brooke Rigby, Harry the Hirer Production Manager said.

“Our creative and skilled tech team can now provide pre and post production services on all live stream broadcasts, fully supported by our installation of 4K cameras and the latest in audio, visual and lighting technology.”

The new studio is one of three Harry the Hirer production studios with two located in Melbourne and one in the heart of Sydney at Sydney Showground.
